Tampa Bay Kids Net began as a vision of a resource where busy families could access information relevant to families quickly and easily.

Tampa Bay Kids Net was established in the fall of 2000. We have grown tremendously in this short time and are proud to bring the families of the Tampa Bay area a comprehensive, convenient, on-line family resource. We believe in what we do and we have received tremendous support from Tampa Bay area families, our community partners and local media. In May of 2002, Tampa Bay Kids Net was touted as "A Website Parents will Love" by Time Warner's Bay News 9. We have also recently been awarded the Golden Web Award in recognition of creativity, integrity and excellence on the Web.

We would like to thank all those who have given us their support in building this site to the level it is today and continue to welcome suggestions for improvement to this site. Together, we can do anything!
