LEGO Party
LEGO's have been around for decades and kids are still fascinated with them. Why not construct a fantastic LEGO party for your child's next birthday.
Invitations Send
colorful, brick-shaped invitations:
Decorations Primary colors will work well with this theme. A a red, royal blue or yellow table cloth to cover the table will look great. Have the birthday child make a centerpiece out of LEGO's and tie colorful balloons to it. Hang theme colored streamers. Remember balloons on the mailbox.
Games and Activities LEGO Build and Race Supply each child with enough pieces to build a car or other vehicle. If you do not have enough on hand, buy a small car set for each guest (this can be their party favor). Have the guests work to create their vehicle. Set up a straight course on a table top or other flat surface that the vehicles can be pushed along. Guests can pick partners to race against or have fun testing their creation.
LEGO Jacks A twist on the old classic game of Jacks. Layer LEGO bricks on your playing surface. One at a time have the birthday guests bounce a small rubber ball and pick up as many LEGO bricks as he/she can and catch the ball before it bounces again. The person who picks up the most bricks wins.
Guess how many LEGOs Fill a glass jar or container with LEGO bricks. Be sure to count how many brick are in the jar. Have each guest write his/her name on a piece of paper with a guess of how many bricks are in the jar. The guest who guesses closest wins!
Favors A small package of LEGO's or DUPLO's, stickers, pencils
